Kids are being asked to navigate increasingly complex emotional, social, and leadership challenges without adequately being taught how.

The Auspice Academy is a nonprofit youth development organization, created on the belief that emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership are not traits - they are skills.

And skills can be taught.

We envision a world where:

  • Emotional intelligence is taught as early as literacy

  • Schools are places of growth, not just compliance

  • Differences are navigated with respect, not fear

  • Generational cycles of harm are interrupted and healed

  • Adolescents are prepared not just for graduation, but for life

Practice Areas

The Auspice Academy integrates creative expression, interactive learning, and collaborative experiences to guide adolescent development in these essential core competencies.

Through expressive role-play, experiential learning labs, and engaging group-based challenges, students explore real-life situations, practice healthy responses, and discover constructive ways to express themselves and connect with others.

Our research-backed interpersonal skills curriculum is designed to provide adolescents (ages 12–18) with the social, emotional, and character strengths they need to thrive in our ever-changing world.

Train-The-Trainer Clinics

Our tactile training clinics build the adults, who build the youth. We prepare authority figures with tools and resources to stabilize behavior, reduce escalation, and strengthen student success.
